Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the financial transactions of the company, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely reporting, and compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Transactions Management:
Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and vendor payments.
Bookkeeping and Reconciliation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management.
Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
Compliance and Taxation:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and other statutory requirements.
Audit Support:
Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
Provide required documentation and explanations for audit queries.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and controls.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Handle queries from stakeholders related to accounts and finance.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
