Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, tax compliance, audit compliance, financial systems, risk management, and financial strategy.
Prepare monthly MIS reports on time and ensure accuracy of data entry into Tally ERP.
Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budgets/forecasts to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure timely submission of statutory returns (GST/Service Tax/VAT) and maintain records according to accounting standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals by providing guidance on finance-related matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in finance & accounts role.
Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of Tally ERP software is essential.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently and in team.
