Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with schools on planners (Tests & Teaching).
  • Conduct online orientation of app and portal for all stakeholders.
  • Provide insights into learner engagement.
  • Coordinate with the content team for test creation & publishing.
  • Support the onboarding of schools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (Education or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Ed-Tech / K-12 Schools.
  • Strong understanding of the K12 education ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management & problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Academic alignment.
  • School engagement metrics (usage frequency, feature adoption).
  • Onboarding and implementation turnaround time.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Knowledge of competitive exams (JEE/NEET/CET).
  • Ability to converse in multiple languages.
  • Understanding of lesson plans.
