Academic Coordinator

Job Description

1. Curriculum Management:

• Plan, implement, and monitor the delivery of the 12th-grade curriculum (ISC and CBSE).
• Ensure academic programs align with board guidelines and institutional standards.
• Guide subject teachers to maintain teaching quality and timely syllabus completion.
• Organize assessments, exams, and remedial programs as needed.

2. Student Coordination:

• Monitor student academic performance and identify students needing support.
• Facilitate doubt-clearing sessions, mentorship, and guidance counseling.
• Encourage student participation in academic and co-curricular activities.

3. Parent Communication:

• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student performance and concerns.
• Organize parent-teacher meetings and provide academic updates.
• Address parent queries and resolve issues efficiently.

4. Faculty Support & Training:

• Collaborate with teaching staff to develop lesson plans and instructional strategies.
• Conduct or arrange workshops and training for teachers to enhance instructional delivery.
• Ensure faculty adhere to academic calendars, deadlines, and assessment policies.

5. Administrative Responsibilities:

• Prepare academic reports, attendance logs, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with administrative staff for scheduling, exams, and classroom logistics.
• Maintain academic records and reports for internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of 12th-grade ISC and CBSE syllabus across core subjects.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in academic coordination or teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using MS Office, Google Workspace, and educational software/tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
