Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance: Execute PPM for guest-room FCUs, AHUs, VRV/VRF, chillers, cooling towers, exhaust/FA fans; clean coils/filters; check refrigerant levels and electricals.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose faults (mechanical/electrical/refrigeration), replace/repair compressors, motors, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, expansion valves, sensors, belts.
Operations & Monitoring: Start-up/shutdown, log readings (pressure, amperage, delta-T), monitor BMS where applicable, maintain room temperature/humidity setpoints.
Guest Support: Respond to room complaints promptly, resolve within SLA, update job cards/work orders.
Energy & Safety: Follow lock-out/tag-out, handle refrigerants responsibly, minimize leakage, support energy-saving initiatives.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain checklists, PPM schedules, gas logs, spares records; adhere to hotel SOPs and local regulations.
Coordination: Work with Front Office/Housekeeping on room access; support events; assist vendors/AMC visits.
Housekeeping of Plant: Keep workshop/MCC rooms clean; ensure tool calibration and inventory control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
