As an Automotive Technician at Spinny, you will have the exciting opportunity to join our team and take on the role of a Field Evaluation Technician. Your primary responsibility will involve conducting vehicle evaluations at customer locations, where you will meticulously identify any issues and generate comprehensive reports. We are looking for individuals with a solid technical background and exceptional driving skills to excel in this dynamic position. Ideally, you should possess 1-6 years of experience working as a Technician or Mechanic in an OEM-based company. A valid driving license along with proficient driving abilities is a must for this role. Additionally, having basic English reading and comprehension skills will be beneficial as you interact with customers during vehicle evaluations. Your key responsibilities will include performing thorough vehicle inspections at customer locations, meticulously documenting vehicle issues, and providing detailed reports and recommendations. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience will be a crucial aspect of your role. It is essential to maintain accurate records and reports as required to uphold the quality standards of our services. This is a full-time, permanent position that will require you to work in a field-oriented capacity, involving frequent customer visits for vehicle evaluations. The schedule will primarily consist of day shifts, and a performance bonus will be provided as part of the benefits package.
