ABAP Developer

As a Software Developer at SAP, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of highly technical and motivated developers. Your main responsibilities will include: - Collaborating and working with teams spread across geographies and time zones. - Working on the entire lifecycle of development projects, including analysis, specification of business requirements, design, implementation, maintenance, and operation of customer-specific solutions. - Implementing backlogs for functional and non-functional requirements. - Writing efficient modules for complex business applications and automated tests. - Adhering to agile engineering practices and processes. - Working on multiple topics and technologies with adequate enablement. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 5+ years of relevant experience in software development. - Strong programming background in S4, ABAP, CDS, ODATA, HANA Database, BOPF, RAP, and UI5/Javascript. - Good knowledge of Git and DevOps. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with an innovative mindset. - Willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies. - Exposure to cloud-based development using BTP, Cloud Foundry, AWS, or Azure. - Experience in REST API creation and consumption. - Excellent communication skills in English.
