A/B Testing & User growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities

A/B Testing & Experimentation

• Design, set up, and execute A/B, multivariate, and split tests across mobile platforms
• Define hypotheses, success metrics, and testing methodologies aligned with learning and business objectives.
• Manage test implementation using

  Firebase A/B Testing, Optimizely, Amplitude, or Mixpanel

  .pref. Firebase
• Ensure statistical rigor and significance in experiment results to validate the results
• Translate findings into actionable product recommendations.

User Research & Insights

• Conduct qualitative research (user interviews, surveys, usability testing) to uncover learner pain points.
• Perform quantitative research using analytics tools, funnel analysis, retention cohorts
• Develop personas and user journey maps for learners, teachers, and parents.
• Synthesize data into clear reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to prioritize test ideas and implement changes.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts to validate experiment results and ensure accuracy.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear, data-driven manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Psychology, Education Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in

  A/B testing, experimentation, or Product research

  .
• Proficiency with tools like:

• Firebase A/B Testing, Optimizely, Google Optimize

• Analytics platforms (

  Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel

  )
• Usability tools (

  Hotjar, Lookback, Maze, UserTesting

  )
• Strong understanding of

  statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design

  .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights.

Nice to Have

• Experience in

  EdTech or e-learning platforms

  .
• Familiarity with

  gamification, learning systems, or instructional design principles

  .
• Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
