Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our creative team in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, photo-realistic 3D renderings and visualizations for both interior and exterior projects. This role requires strong design sense, technical proficiency, and close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver compelling visual outputs that align with client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, realistic 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with the architecture and design teams to develop accurate and visually appealing 3D models.
• Work on both interior and exterior visualizations with attention to lighting, textures, and materials.
• Support project presentations and design reviews through effective 3D imagery and animations.
• Ensure all visual outputs are consistent with project requirements and company branding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest visualization tools, techniques, and design trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in the architecture, construction, or interior design industry.
• Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
• Strong sense of composition, color, and detailing.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
