Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling & Visualization: Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings or animations from 2D designs.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with clients,architects, designers, and other team members to understand and refine design concepts and meet project requirements.
• Technical Application: Apply sophisticated lighting, texturing, and material techniques to enhance realism in visuals.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex design ideas into clear visual presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Software Proficiency: Master 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender), and potentially VR tools.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects, maintain detailed accuracy, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest advancements, software updates, and industry trends in 3D visualization.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually captivating and realistic 3D renderings.
• Brochure development and designing:
• Design Execution:Using design software (like Canva,3dsMax,photoshop) to create visual elements, including layouts, graphics, illustrations, and images.
• Collaboration:Working with clients, teams,to understand their needs, provide design solutions, and incorporate feedback.
• Attention to Detail:Ensuring designs are visually appealing, well-structured, and effectively communicate the intended message.
• Meeting Deadlines:Balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
• Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
