We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Interior & 3D Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, technical skills, and the ability to bring concepts to life through stunning architectural & interior layouts and photorealistic 3D visualizations. You will be responsible for developing design concepts, space planning, and producing high-quality 3D renders for a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural & interior design concepts based on client needs, brand identity, and project goals.
• Create detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and layouts using CAD or similar software.
• Design and present high-quality 3D models and visualizations using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona render, Lumion, or Blender.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure accurate execution of design concepts.
• Source materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes in line with the design intent and budget.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Revise designs based on feedback from clients or internal teams.
• Maintain awareness of current design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Architectural / Interior design and 3D visualization.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Lumion, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both interior design and 3D rendering work.
• Excellent visualization, communication, and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
