🕒 Experience: 2–3 Years (Residential Projects Only)

Responsibilities

• Produce

  high-quality 3D visualizations

  for residential interiors and exteriors.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to translate ideas into

  realistic renderings

  .
• Develop accurate lighting, materials, and textures to enhance photorealism.
• Ensure timely delivery of visuals while maintaining design intent and detailing.
• Manage and maintain 3D models, libraries, and assets in an organized manner.
• Contribute creative input to improve design presentations.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience

  in 3D visualization (residential projects only).
• Strong command of

  3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer

  .
• Excellent sense of

  lighting, materiality, and composition

  .
• Ability to create

  photorealistic interior and exterior renders

  .
• Understanding of architectural drawings and design detailing.
• Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating

  residential projects

  is a must.
