Role Overview: We’re looking for a skilled 3D Visualizer who can transform ideas into realistic, high-quality renders. You’ll work closely with our design and marketing teams to visualize landscape layouts, modular structures, and outdoor spaces that reflect GreenHomes’ design philosophy. Key Responsibilities: Create realistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and layouts for modular rooms and landscape projects. Visualize architectural and outdoor setups with attention to materials, lighting, and detailing. Collaborate with the design and production teams to convert concepts into buildable models. Develop mood boards, textures, and environment lighting for client presentations. Support marketing with high-quality 3D visuals for digital and print use. Required Skills & Software: Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop. Strong understanding of structure, materials, lighting, and composition. Ability to visualize both architectural and landscape spaces. Experience in modular/pre-fab structure or architectural visualization preferred. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
