Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Visualizer. The ideal candidate should be able to transform conceptual ideas into photorealistic 3D renderings that effectively communicate design intent. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and proficiency in industry-standard visualization software

Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations of interior spaces based on design briefs, mood boards, and sketches.

- Collaborate closely with interior designers to interpret design concepts and bring them to life visually.

- Develop 3D models, apply materials and textures, and render lighting accurately for both still images and walkthroughs.

- Produce both conceptual and final presentation renderings for client presentations and marketing materials.

- Work on multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

- Ensure all visual outputs align with brand standards and design direction.

- Maintain a library of 3D assets, textures, and materials for efficient workflow.

- Assist in creating presentation boards and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite as needed.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in interior design or architectural field.

- Proficient in 3DS Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, Photoshop; knowledge of other software such as SketchUp is a plus.

- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, camera angles, and composition.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.

- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

- High attention to detail and a passion for design aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in luxury residential and commercial interior design projects. Familiarity with current design trends, materials, and finishes. Ability to adapt quickly to design changes and project feedback.
