3D Generalist

As a 3D Generalist at iTek Media, you will play a vital role in creating immersive and interactive technology solutions for various sectors such as real estate, retail, hospitality, education, movies, and engineering industries. Your responsibilities will revolve around 3D modeling, Virtual Production, and ensuring exciting experiences for end-users and OEMs. The role is a full-time hybrid position based in Bengaluru, offering some work-from-home flexibility. You should possess an entrepreneurial attitude, taking ownership of responsibilities and demonstrating proficiency in Virtual Production, photography, videography, and 3D skills including Retopo, Texturing, and Lighting. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment is crucial. Proficiency in tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Blender, and Unreal Engine is required, with experience in the media or entertainment industry considered a plus. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential, along with a willingness to learn new technologies such as LiDAR scanning and Gausian Splatting. Familiarity with GenAI tools for modeling is beneficial. The compensation for this role is up to 5L per annum (fixed+variable), with the work location being in Bangalore. Candidates outside of Bangalore should apply sincerely considering the job involves traveling. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the selection process includes a 30-minute Tool Test in person focusing on Unreal and Blender followed by an interview. Your approach, communication skills (both written and spoken), promptness, understanding, and ability to ask insightful questions will be key factors in the selection process.
