💻 Position: Youtube-Focused Social Media Manager

📍Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)

🗓️ Working Days: Monday- Saturday (Saturdays Flexible)

About the Role:

YouTube-savvy Social Media Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and execute a YouTube-first content strategy focused on subscriber and audience growth.
Create engaging video content—from concept to execution—including scripts, shorts, reels, and long-form videos.
Use YouTube Studio and advanced analytics tools to measure performance and optimize strategy
Drive engagement and retention through compelling storytelling, content planning, and consistent branding
Manage and maintain content publishing calendars across YouTube and other social platforms
Collaborate closely with the founders and marketing team to align content with business goals and product narratives
Stay updated on the latest YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and content formats

Requirements:

A portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful channel growth (views, subscribers, engagement).
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, titles, video editing basics, and algorithm behavior.
Creative thinker with excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and visual communication skills.
Data-driven decision-maker who loves experimenting and iterating based on insights.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
