Job Profile: WordPress PHP Developer Experience: 2 to 2.5 Years Salary: Depends on the last package Working Days: 5 days Location: Noida Sector 63 Company Name: Persystent Software Solution Pvt Ltd Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain websites using PHP and WordPress (themes, plugins, customizations). Assist in converting designs (Figma/PSD) into fully functional WordPress themes. Perform basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript modifications and optimizations. Support SEO best practices and ensure responsive/mobile-friendly design. Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure websites meet business goals. Handle website updates, backups, and troubleshooting issues. Assist the sales team in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. Create project proposals and communicate with clients when needed. Manage basic project documentation and timelines. Skills Required: Strong understanding of WordPress and web development principles. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP . Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg is a plus. Basic understanding of cPanel, hosting, and domain setup . Ability to work with third-party APIs and plugins . Good communication and writing skills in English. Ability to multitask, take feedback constructively, and work in a team. Exposure to tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop . Understanding of SEO basics . Familiarity with WooCommerce .
