As a suitable candidate for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. With at least 3-5 years of experience in Windchill development, you should have a strong understanding of Windchill architecture, data model, and APIs. Your proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL will be essential for this position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windchill customization, including workflows and scripts. A good grasp of PLM concepts, data modeling, and governance is also required. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools like Git or SVN will be beneficial for success in this role. In addition, you should have strong problem-solving and debugging skills to address complex issues that may arise.
