Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our fabrication team in the signage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and welding metal structures and frames used in various types of indoor and outdoor signage, including glow signs, totems, pylons, ACP structures, and customized fabricated frames.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, signage layouts, and design specifications.
• Cut, bend, and weld metal components (MS, SS, Aluminum) to build signage frames and structures.
• Use welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Arc) with precision and safety.
• Perform grinding, finishing, and polishing to ensure high-quality surface finishes.
• Assist in assembling parts using welding or mechanical fastening techniques.
• Ensure all welds are clean, strong, and meet visual and strength inspection standards.
• Work in coordination with the design and installation teams for smooth fabrication-to-installation flow.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
• Assist in loading and unloading fabricated signage for dispatch or installation.
• Participate in routine maintenance of fabrication workshop equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in welding and fabrication, preferably in the signage or metal fabrication industry.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and fabrication blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of metals and their welding properties (e.g., Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium).
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Welding or Fabrication Technology.
• Experience working with ACP cladding or LED signage frames.
• Knowledge of basic fabrication shop machinery (shearing, bending, drilling).

Working Conditions:

• Workshop and on-site fabrication work as needed.
• Occasional overtime and weekend work during peak project periods.
• Exposure to fumes, noise, and sharp tools—safety protocols must be strictly followed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
