Technician Trainee Electrical Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic fresher with an ITI certification in Electrical Engineering to join our team. As an ITI Electrical, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment, gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of senior electricians and engineers. Training & Probation period - 1 Year Job Location – Pithampur Key Responsibilities:  Assist in the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.  Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical components like wiring, switches, and circuit breakers.  Assist in troubleshooting electrical faults and repairing electrical systems.  Help in the installation and calibration of electrical machinery and equipment.  Operate electrical testing tools and measuring instruments to ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems.  Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.  Maintain and repair electrical control systems, electrical panels, and electrical machines.  Assist senior electricians in wiring and installation tasks in accordance with project requirements.  Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and tests.  Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the electrical work area.  Follow safety protocols and work in adherence to company policies. Skills and Qualifications:  ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.  Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and electrical circuits.  Understanding of electrical tools and equipment used for installation, maintenance, and repair.  Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately.  Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of experienced electricians.  Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work.  Understanding of safety standards and precautions in electrical work. Desirable Attributes:  Basic knowledge of electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and testers.  Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.  Good problem-solving skills and an eagerness to develop expertise in the electrical field.  Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).
