Job Summary:

As a Website Developer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing responsive websites that align with our digital marketing goals. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to deliver user-friendly websites that drive conversions and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites using platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or custom-coded frameworks (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to translate mockups and wireframes into fully functional web pages.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement tracking codes (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) and manage tag integrations.
• Troubleshoot website issues and perform regular maintenance and updates.
• Ensure website security, backups, and overall site performance.
• Integrate APIs and third-party tools as required.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and digital marketing technologies.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a web developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind) and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Tag Manager, Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Familiarity with PHP, React.js, or other frameworks.
• Understanding of website accessibility standards.
• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
