Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory handling, storage, and dispatch.
• Ensure the warehouse layout and storage systems are optimised for safety, efficiency, and accessibility.

Inventory Control:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile any discrepancies through periodic audits.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) or LIFO (Last-In-First-Out) inventory systems as required.

Team Supervision:

• Lead and manage warehouse staff, including, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Ensure employees adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and operational standards.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality control measures to ensure electronic products are handled and stored properly.
• Address and resolve issues related to damaged, defective, or missing inventory.

Shipping and Receiving:

• Supervise inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery schedules.

Compliance and Safety:

• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, including handling procedures for sensitive electronic components.

Conduct regular safety drills and ensure equipment like forklifts and ESD tools are maintained.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement strategies to optimise warehouse workflows and reduce operational costs.
• Introduce automation or technology solutions for enhanced efficiency (e.g., barcode systems, ERP tools).

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.

Analyse data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.

Coordination with Other Departments:

• Work closely with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align warehouse operations with company objectives.
• Act as a point of contact for resolving inter-departmental issues related to inventory or deliveries.

Budget Management:

• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
