VMware SRE Engineer

You should have 7 to 16 years of experience in VMware daily operations and troubleshooting. Your responsibilities will include understanding vSphere Clustering terms such as HA, DRS, VMotion. It is essential to have a fundamental understanding of VMware vSphere Networking terms like switches, port group, VLAN, IP subnetting & routing. Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of Linux commands such as ls, df -h, VI, CAT, chmod & chown. Knowledge of Storage basic terms like LUN, zoning, masking is required. Familiarity with vSAN fundamental, disk groups & storage policies is a plus. Hands-on experience in VMware vSphere upgrade and L1 troubleshooting skills are necessary. You should have 6-10 years of experience in a technical position in a VMware vSphere Environment. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Possessing a VMware Certified Professional on Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) certification would be advantageous. The location for this position is Noida/Bangalore.,
