Key Responsibilities:

●      Interpret creative briefs and collaborate with copywriters, designers, and art directors to develop visual concepts

●      Create mood boards, storyboards, layout designs, and visual compositions for campaigns and projects

●      Design static and motion creatives for digital platforms (social media, websites, ads) and print (posters, brochures, packaging)

●      Work closely with the video production and animation teams to visualize frames, shots, and brand elements

●      Translate brand guidelines into consistent and engaging visuals across multiple platforms

●      Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into designs

●      Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process

●      Take feedback constructively and iterate designs accordingly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

●      Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication Design, or related field

●      2–5 years of experience in an advertising agency, design studio, or media house

●      Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)

●      Strong visualization, sketching, and design ideation skills

●      Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles

●      Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

●      Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have:

●      Knowledge of UI/UX principles

●      Basic understanding of animation and video editing

●      Experience with tools like Figma, Blender, or Procreate

●      Passion for storytelling and an eye for detail in creative execution
