We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Visa Slot Booking Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling tourist, travel, and visit visa appointment bookings for various countries. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a thorough understanding of embassy procedures and appointment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage visa appointment slot bookings for multiple countries with accuracy and speed.
• Stay updated on visa regulations, embassy appointment systems, and slot availability.
• Guide clients through the visa application process and assist with documentation and formalities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely submission and follow-up on applications.
• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and urgent slot requests professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in visa slot booking for tourist, travel, or visit visas.
• Strong knowledge of embassy appointment systems, visa requirements, and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and online visa platforms.
