Job Overview:

Travoinspire Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Consultant to join our dynamic corporate travel team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of visa filing for all countries, with strong experience in corporate visa processing, group travel handling, and apostille & attestation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end visa filing processes for all countries (tourist, business, and work visas).
• Coordinate corporate visa applications for MICE, business delegations, and incentive groups.
• Manage group visa requirements, including documentation, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Assist clients with apostille, attestation, and other related formalities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and up-to-date knowledge of consulate/embassy rules.
• Liaise with embassies, VFS, BLS, and other visa processing centers.
• Coordinate with internal travel and operations team for smooth file handover.
• Track visa application status and maintain detailed records for each client.
• Provide consultation to clients on visa processes, timelines, and updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in visa consulting & processing.
• Sound knowledge of visa formalities for Schengen, US, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and other countries.
• Experience in corporate visa filing and group handling is a must.
• Familiarity with apostille & attestation processes.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Should be a team player with a professional attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,350.98 - ₹30,000.00 per month
