Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 6-11 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in liabilities, branch banking, customer experience, and Neo.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for business development and expansion.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with virtual relationships to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of liabilities, branch banking, customer experience, and Neo.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with virtual relationship management tools and technologies.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
