User Exp Engineering Analyst

As a User Exp Engineering Analyst at Accenture, you will be part of the Technology for Operations team, acting as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. Your role involves providing innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Working closely with the sales, offering, and delivery teams, you will identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team focuses on delivering major sub-deals including AHO (Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), and Intelligent Automation. Your responsibilities will include enhancing user satisfaction with products by improving usability, accessibility, and pleasure in the interaction with the product, aligning with the principles of User Experience (UX or UE). We are seeking an experienced UI/UX designer who can meet high-end requirements and collaborate with leadership to design work. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and solving increasingly complex problems. Your day-to-day interactions will involve working with peers within Accenture, with potential interactions with clients and/or Accenture management. You will receive minimal instruction on daily tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments. The decisions you make will impact your own work and may also affect the work of others. As an individual contributor, you may oversee a small work effort and/or team. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts. To qualify for this position, you should hold a degree in any Graduation field and possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
