US Recruiter

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically sound US Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience working with Engineering (Embedded, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Manufacturing, Electronics), Medical Devices, and IT clients and requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruiting, understands the US staffing market, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for positions in engineering, IT, and Pharma domains.

• Understand technical requirements and deliver quality profiles with a quick turnaround time.

• Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job needs and ensure accurate candidate submission.

• Utilize job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking to identify top talent.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.

• Negotiate rates and coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.

• Maintain high levels of candidate engagement and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

Key Requirements:

• 2 - 6 years of proven US recruitment experience across engineering, medical devices, and IT domains.

• Deep understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations (US Citizens, GC, H1B, etc.).

• Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal ATS.

• Technically proficient with the ability to understand complex job descriptions and source accordingly.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Must be adaptable, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
