Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates using job boards like

    Dice, Monster, LinkedIn

    , and internal databases.
  • Work on contract and full-time IT positions for

    Tier-1/Prime Vendors

    and Direct Clients.
  • Understand and evaluate technical requirements. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and ensure timely candidate delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of

    US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)

    and hiring practices.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience

    in US IT recruitment.
  • Prior experience working with

    Tier-1 / Prime Vendors

    is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Technical background or IT education is

    preferred.

  • Solid knowledge of sourcing strategies and US hiring standards.
