1. Sending Invoices to the customers on a regular basis once dispatches are made.
2. Updating dispatch trackers on daily basis
3. Updating Bank statements on a daily basis
4. Preparing data for filing various statutory returns
5. Maintaining books of accounts by updating Sales invoices, Purchase invoices, Expenses etc
6. Auditing invoices received from suppliers on a monthly basis for any discrepancies
7. Preparing MIS reports as required
