Job Description

Role Overview: We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong grip on WordPress , especially theme-based design. Someone who understands user-friendly design , can work with themes and builders like Elementor or WPBakery , and has a good eye for layout, branding, and aesthetics. Key Responsibilities: Design visually appealing, responsive websites using WordPress (mostly theme-based). Customize WordPress themes using page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.) and light CSS/HTML tweaks. Plan and improve user journeys, sitemaps, and wireframes for optimal UX. Collaborate with content teams, developers, and clients to bring ideas to life. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design trends. Test website performance, responsiveness, and user experience. Requirements: Strong design portfolio with WordPress websites. Hands-on experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and builders. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS (no need for deep coding, but enough to tweak things). Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Understanding of responsive/mobile-first design principles. Good aesthetic sense, color theory, typography, and layout skills. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with WooCommerce or blog/magazine layouts. SEO and performance optimization basics. Branding or logo design capability. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
