Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure an intuitive user experience that aligns with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand product requirements and user needs through research and data analysis.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups that illustrate user interactions.
• Design visually appealing and intuitive UI elements for web, mobile, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs with pixel-perfect precision.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve design solutions.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience with user research, persona creation, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive web applications.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and design for inclusivity.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
