Job Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in the UAV industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our UAV products, from design to production and beyond. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems to ensure product consistency and compliance.

· Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of UAV components and assemblies.

· Analyze data from production and testing to identify trends and areas for improvement.

· Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to address quality issues.

· Establish and maintain quality documentation, including control plans, inspection reports, and corrective action reports.

· Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

· Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and regulatory requirements.

· Provide training and support to production teams on quality standards and procedures.

· Participate in supplier evaluation and ensure vendor quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in the UAV, aerospace, or automotive industry.

· Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and relevant industry standards.

· Proficiency in quality inspection tools and software.

· Experience with statistical analysis and root cause analysis.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or ASQ (preferred).

Additional Skills (Preferred):

· Familiarity with UAV systems and components.

· Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT).

· Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
