Convert leads into confirmed bookings by understanding client preferences and offering tailored travel packages.
Provide detailed consultations to clients regarding travel options, itineraries, packages, and pricing.
Recommend personalized travel experiences based on clients' needs, interests, and budget.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients from initial contact o post-trip follow-up, ensuring seamless and delightful experience.
Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system.
Regularly update the CRM to ensure accurate data for reporting and strategy purposes.
Manage all booking-related documentation, process payments, and coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing) to ensure smooth tour execution.
Collect client feedback to improve the sales approach and enhance the customer experience.
Participate in training and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new travel products to maintain a competitive edge.
