Job Description

We're #hiring a new Travel Sales Executive in South Delhi



Role Description


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Conversion:

Focus on converting leads into clients by effectively explaining the benefits and features of tour packages.

Close sales & achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of Yatra Veda.


Lead Follow-up & Engagement:

Call and follow up with inbound leads generated via online channels, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Convert leads into confirmed bookings by understanding client preferences and offering tailored travel packages.


Client Consultation & Product Offering:

Provide detailed consultations to clients regarding travel options, itineraries, packages, and pricing.

Recommend personalized travel experiences based on clients' needs, interests, and budget.


Client Relationship & Guest Experience Ownership: :

Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients from initial contact o post-trip follow-up, ensuring  seamless and delightful experience.  

Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.


CRM Management:

Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system.

Regularly update the CRM to ensure accurate data for reporting and strategy purposes.

Manage all booking-related documentation, process payments, and coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing) to ensure smooth tour execution.


Product Knowledge:


Feedback & Continuous Improvement:

Collect client feedback to improve the sales approach and enhance the customer experience.

Participate in training and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge.


Market Knowledge & Trends:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new travel products to maintain a competitive edge.

Share insights with the team to refine sales strategies and promotional offers. Keywords: market trends, competitor analysis, industry knowledge, sales strategies.
