Our clients expect us to think outside the box and provide them with curated itinerary especially crafted for them and that’s what we are specialized in . We’re looking for a Travel Consultant who’s passionate about travelling with fair amount of knowledge in major tourism destinations in Domestic as well as International Destinations . Job Responsibilities: 1. Interact with prospects and guests daily 2. Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with clients to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences. 3. Build and maintain relationships with new and previous guests . 4. Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities. Maintain records of all sales leads and/or guests accounts Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell tour packages Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees. Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors. Attends travel seminars and conferences. Conducts research on destinations and industry trends. Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings. Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs. Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution Work closely with other departments to help build the brand.
