As a US Staffing Professional with 2-4 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing the full Life Cycle of Recruiting. This includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, handling technical queries and interviews, closing candidates, and overseeing responsibilities until their joining process. You must have a strong background in dealing with W2/C2C arrangements with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1B candidates. Your expertise should extend to various recruiting techniques such as Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools. It is essential for you to be able to comprehend technical requirements accurately and submit consultant profiles promptly. Successful sales achievements within the U.S. Staffing industry are crucial, along with proficient Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salaries. You should have experience in hiring technical candidates at all levels and be adept at working collaboratively as part of a team. Your responsibilities will include screening, maintaining, and expanding the candidate database. A sound understanding of IT concepts and staying updated with the latest trends is expected. The role also requires you to work independently, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for understanding clients" technical requirements and providing qualified resources within the specified time frame. You will be working in Night Shifts from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am. To be eligible for this position, you must possess excellent experience in US IT Staffing and have a solid background of 2-4 years in the field.,
