Title Solderer

As a PCB Soldering Technician at our Ghaziabad location, you will play a crucial role in assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precision and quality. Your responsibilities will include interpreting engineering schematics and assembly drawings to perform accurate PCB assembly, soldering electronic components onto PCBs, conducting thorough quality control checks, identifying various electronic components, and maintaining soldering equipment. You will need to have a basic knowledge of semiconductor devices such as Diode, Transistor, MOSFET, TRIAC, Optocoupler, LED, and 7-segment display, as well as familiarity with basic electronics circuit and circuit theory. Hands-on soldering experience is a must for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Perform PCB assembly based on engineering schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions. - Utilize soldering equipment and techniques to solder electronic components onto PCBs accurately. - Conduct quality checks on assembled PCBs to rectify any soldering defects. - Accurately identify and handle various electronic components. - Maintain and calibrate soldering equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Qualifications: - ITI, Diploma in electronics or equivalent, additional technical education or certification in electronics or soldering is a plus. Key Skills: - Proven experience as a PCB Soldering Technician or similar role. - Proficiency in through hole and surface mount soldering techniques. - Familiarity with electronic assembly tools and equipment. - Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics and technical documentation. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of related work experience.
