Title Senior Unreal Engine Developer

As a Senior Unreal Engine Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of a cutting-edge CAD application. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain the core architecture of the application, including CAD functionalities and optimization within the Unreal Engine. Working closely with designers, artists, and engineers, your goal will be to create a high-performance and user-friendly CAD system. Your key responsibilities will include leading the development and architecture of a real-time CAD application within Unreal Engine, designing and implementing complex 3D modeling, drafting, and visualization tools, integrating CAD functionalities such as parametric modeling and geometry creation, and working with C++ and Blueprints to create efficient and scalable systems. Additionally, you will optimize rendering performance for large CAD models, mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement plugins and tools for interoperability with external software like AutoCAD and Revit. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in Unreal Engine development, including proficiency in C++ and Blueprints. Your expertise should extend to real-time 3D rendering and performance optimization, with a strong understanding of 3D geometry, parametric modeling, and related CAD software development. You should also have solid experience in developing plugins and tool integrations for external CAD/BIM tools, as well as experience with multiplayer and multi-user environments for CAD applications. Familiarity with Python for CAD/BIM automation scripts is considered a plus, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in developing CAD, BIM, or engineering software, knowledge of procedural generation techniques and algorithms, familiarity with Unreal Engine multiplayer features for collaborative CAD environments, and experience with data visualization and UI design in Unreal Engine.,
