Title Java Backend Developer

You are an experienced Java Backend Developer proficient in Core Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud technologies. As a key member of the development team at UST, your role involves designing, developing, and optimizing backend services and systems to support enterprise-level applications. Working in an agile environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate. You will build and maintain microservices-based applications, develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration, work with cloud platforms for deployment and scaling, and manage database schemas and queries. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing application performance, collaborating with team members in an Agile environment, and ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Java Backend Developer with strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and experience in developing Microservices architectures. Proficiency in RESTful API development, cloud platforms, relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing frameworks is essential. Your problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex issues, and familiarity with Agile practices will be key to your success.
