Job Description

The ideal candidate will need to have strong communication and leadership skills. They will be responsible for coordinating construction activities, estimation, bills certification, tendering, and ensuring smooth coordination with consultants and clients. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of overseeing sites from the Architect's perspective, with a focus on safety and legality. Proficiency in Word and Excel is a must. Previous experience in both industrial and residential sites will be considered an added advantage. A minimum of 7 years of experience in the field is required for this role.,
