Present the monthly product supply record to Management on monthly basis. For analysis purpose, present the Enquiry Register to the management. Ensure all the details received at the enquiry stage are communicated with the Sales Coordinator. Correlate the enquiry stage work with the PO received. Jr. Sales Support Executive THOMAS & BRIAN Jr. Sales Support Executive Job Duties Handles incoming customer enquiries and maintains enquiry records in an organized manner. Prepares and sends commercial quotations based on standard pricing, client requirements, and company policies. Coordinates with internal departments (sales, purchase, accounts, and production) to gather necessary data for quotations. Assists in preparing cost sheets and pricing comparisons for approval before quotation submission. Ensures timely submission of proposals and quotations to clients, meeting all deadlines post approval from technical person. Tracks the status of all quotations and follows up with clients to convert enquiries into orders. Supports the sales team by preparing sales reports, proposal summaries, and other documentation. Responds to client queries related to commercial aspects of the quotation and escalates technical queries appropriately. Interact with suppliers to get the vital details such as Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists and Test certificates Floats inquires to various vendors to get the required quotation. Ensure vendors meet the required quality standards and specifications. Generate Product code and PO in ERP Ensures the PO is thoroughly checked and complied. Ensures to get timely deliveries, more credit limits & appropriate test certificates. In case of any discrepancies or rejections, coordinates with vendors to get it resolved/replaced. Maintains the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation, including purchase files and records.
