Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated TGT Physics Teacher to join our team of Educators. The Physics Teacher will be responsible for creating, engaging lesson plans, delivering dynamic instruction, and fostering a love for science in students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to nurturing the academic and personal growth of students. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with ICSE curriculum standards and educational objectives. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technology to enhance student learning experiences. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and critical thinking. Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents/guardians. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with varying learning styles and abilities. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units and projects that integrate science with other subjects. Foster a growth mindset and a passion for lifelong learning in students, encouraging them to explore scientific concepts beyond the classroom. Incorporate real-world applications and hands-on experiences into lessons to make science relevant and engaging for students. Establish and maintain effective communication with students, parents/guardians, and school staff regarding student progress, behavior, and academic concerns. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in science education and pedagogy. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science Education, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), with B.Ed compulsory. Previous experience teaching science at high school level preferred. Deep knowledge of scientific principles, concepts, and methodologies across multiple disciplines. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive and respectful learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues. Proficiency in integrating technology into instruction to enhance student learning. Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom and school community. Flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to adapt instructional practices to meet the needs of diverse learners. Passion for science and a dedication to inspiring curiosity and inquiry in students. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Palmaner, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Teaching: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
