We are seeking a dedicated and qualified TGT Physics Teacher to join our CBSE school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Physics lessons for middle and secondary school students (Grades 6–10), in alignment with the CBSE curriculum and educational best practices.

Job Title: TGT Physics

Reports to: Academic Coordinator / Principal
Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Physics lessons as per CBSE curriculum standards.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that promote conceptual understanding and practical application.
• Conduct lab experiments, demonstrations, and hands-on activities to enhance learning.
• Assess and evaluate students’ academic performance regularly through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Maintain discipline in the classroom and create a positive learning environment.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary and co-curricular activities.
• Provide academic support and mentorship to students as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of Physics and teaching methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physics (B.Sc.) with B.Ed. (mandatory).
• Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Physics is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience in a CBSE school.
• Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and examination patterns.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Proficient in using digital tools and teaching aids (e.g., smart boards, educational software).
