Test Engineer - Software Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

Manual Testing :

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Conduct testing of our hardware/device to ensure functionality and quality.
• Identify, document, and track software and hardware defects clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with development to resolve issues efficiently.
  

Automated Testing (Good To Have)

• Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze results.
• Contribute to automation strategy improvements.
  

Customer Communication

• Investigate reported issues, provide clear explanations, and escalate as necessary.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure feedback is addressed.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in manual software testing.
• Experience with hardware testing or quality assurance for physical products.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for customer interaction.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e. g., Jira).
• Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Proficiency in a scripting or programming language.
• Experience with API testing.
• Basic understanding of Web3 and the Crypto space.
