As an Associate Sales Manager at the Amritsar Ferozpur Road location in Ludhiana, you will play a crucial role in achieving business results in the Defence Retail sector through worksite sales processes. Your primary responsibilities will include the effective distribution of insurance products within the target affinity and ensuring the recruitment and development of Agent/Officer Prahri to meet monthly business targets. Your key responsibilities will involve providing guidance, supervision, and control over the OP within your hierarchy to ensure the quality of life insurance policies sourced. You will work towards building an influencer network to approach Units/Battalions for sales seminar presentations and collaborate with Agent/Officer Prahri for effective business deliverables. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduate/Post Graduate degree or equivalent qualifications, especially for Defence ex-servicemen. A minimum of 1-6 years of experience in Sales Development roles, preferably in the life insurance industry or similar sales roles, is essential. Your ability to develop agents/Officer Prahri through training, joint field calls, and prospecting habits will be critical for achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Business development - Support Sales of ABG products and help convert customer sites for Contractors.
