Job Location: Jaipur
CTC: Up-to 50000/- Based on Experience & Performance including Incentives.
Intern Stipend: ₹8000/month (3 Months)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We are expanding and hiring for our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling:
• Call potential clients from database or CRM
• Explain and promote company services.
• Lead Conversion:
• Qualify leads through structured communication
• Schedule meetings or demos with senior teams
• Follow-up & Engagement:
• Maintain regular contact with interested leads
• Share updates through WhatsApp, SMS, and Email
• CRM Entry:
• Record call details, and follow-up status
• Ensure daily reporting of work done
• Coordination:
• Work closely with startup, legal, accommodation, or media departments
• Closure Support:
• Assist in final client onboarding and follow-through

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
• Skills Required:
• Hindi communication (English basic preferred)
• Basic MS Excel
• WhatsApp usage & mobile proficiency
• Experience: 0 to 3 Years
• Other Requirements:
• Must be target-driven and disciplined
• Willing to make 100+ calls per day
• Comfortable with scripts and structured sales pitch

Note: Freshers can join as Interns. Based on performance, they may be offered regular employment after 3 months.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
