Job Title: Tele Sales Agent – U.K. Shift
Location: Malad West, Mumbai, India
Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (UK Shift)
Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience) + Incentives

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele Sales Agents to join our dynamic UK sales process. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential UK-based customers and converting leads into sales. Strong communication skills, confidence, and resilience are key to succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective UK customers from the provided database.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive sales techniques.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM.
• Follow up on leads and manage pipelines effectively.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role (preferably in an international process).
• Excellent English communication and listening skills.
• Confident, energetic, and result-oriented.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate.
