Industry: IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives About the Company:RSL Solution is a fast-growing IT staffing and staff augmentation company, providing pre-vetted remote developers and tech talent to leading organizations worldwide. As part of our expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecallers to support our business development team and help generate high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential leads from our internal database or via online research Explain RSL’s IT staffing services to key decision-makers (contract-based or remote developers) Generate interest and schedule meetings with the sales/business development team Regularly follow up on leads to ensure timely conversion and engagement Maintain call logs and update CRM tools with relevant lead information Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English Strong convincing ability and interpersonal skills Prior experience in telecalling or lead generation is preferred (not mandatory) Basic understanding of the IT/software industry is a plus Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently Performance-based incentives Exposure to the fast-growing IT staffing industry Opportunity for career growth within the business development and sales domain How to Apply:📩 Send your resume to: career@rslsolution.com 📞 Contact Number: +91 99410 41415
