Job Title: Tele caller (Odia Language) Location: Hyderabad (Moosarambagh) Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 0–2 years / Fresher can apply Job Summary: We are hiring Telecalling Executives fluent in Odia to connect with our regional customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, promote our products/services, handle queries in the Odia language, and maintain good customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to Odia-speaking customers and prospects. Explain products/services clearly in Odia. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex cases if needed. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback. Achieve daily and monthly call targets. Follow up on potential leads and build long-term relationships. Maintain a polite, professional, and culturally respectful tone. Requirements: Must be fluent in Odia (spoken). Basic understanding of Hindi or English is a plus. Minimum 10th/12th/Diploma pass; graduation preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Basic computer knowledge and experience using phones or calling apps. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in telecalls, customer support, or BPO is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets. Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment. Positive attitude and team player.
